Spring Package A: 16 Hours (Valid for 1 year from date of purchase)

Terms and Conditions:

1. This package can be used on EVERYDAY, including Public Holidays at all Ayu Borneo and Borneo Oasis outlets.

2. This package is redeemable for Foot & Shoulder, Royal Thai, Signature Oil, Deep Tissue and Urutan Malaysia treatments only.

3. This package does not include aroma oil and balm. Any additional products are required to be paid at the counter.

4. Maximum purchase is limited to ONE (1) package per pax.

5. Package redemption is limited to 4 pax per day.

6. Reselling of this package is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject any redemption resulting from resale.

7. Package sold are strictly non-refundable and no extension will be allowed.

8. All appointments must be made through Call Centre at 03-3385 5515 or Whatsapp 013-6283867 only.

9. Customers are allowed to request a specific therapist for treatments of 90 minutes and above only.

10. Please make your reservations at least 2 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

11. Customers are not allowed to bring their own massage oil and balm.

12. Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.

13. Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre may at any time and at its sole discretion update these Terms and Conditions.



Important Notes:

1. For customers who have skin allergies, kindly consult our front desk before proceeding with your treatment.

2. Customers who are pregnant or below the age of 12 are NOT allowed for any treatment.

3. Please inform us if you have any medical conditions that our therapists should be aware of (e.g. skin allergies, scoliosis, sinus).
