1. This package can be used on EVERYDAY, including Public Holidays at all Ayu Borneo and Borneo Oasis outlets.

2. This package is redeemable for Foot & Shoulder Treatment, Royal Thai Treatment, Signature Oil Treatment, or Deep Tissue Massage with a minimum duration of 60 minutes.

3. This package is also redeemable for Urutan Malaysia (Malaysia Signature Massage) with treatment duration of 90 minutes or 120 minutes only.

4. Package redemption is limited to 4 pax per day.

5. Maximum purchase is limited to 1 package per pax.

6. Any additional products (oil/balm) are required to be paid at the counter.

7. The Golden Escape Package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

8. All packages sold are strictly non-refundable and no extension will be given.

10. Reselling this package is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject any redemption resulting from resale.

11. Customers are allowed to request a specific therapist only for treatments of 90 minutes and above.

12. Please make your reservation at least 2 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

13. Customers are not allowed to bring their own massage oil or balm.

14. Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.

15. Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre may, at its sole discretion, update these Terms and Conditions when necessary

16. Customers with skin allergies are advised to consult our Front Desk before proceeding with treatment.

17. Customers who are pregnant or below 12 years old are not allowed to undergo any treatment.

18. Please inform us if you have any medical conditions that our therapists should be aware of (e.g. skin allergies, scoliosis, sinus).
