General Terms and Conditions for All Ayu Borneo Package

The services are made available by Ayu Borneo to you at its sole and absolute discretion and by using the Services upon Activation including but not limited to purchasing any product and / or services on the App, you are unconditionally :- acknowledged that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Consent to Ayu Borneo using and processing your personal information and data in accordance with Ayu Borneo’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://book.ayuborneo.online/ By purchasing this package, you are agreed and bound by the followings :
1.Ayu Borneo Webpage Account must be shown to our Front Desk for each redemption as this is a Cardless Package.
2.This package is redeemable for Foot Massage, Royal Thai Massage, Signature Oil Massage or Deep Tissue Massage of 60 minutes and above only.
3.This package is also redeemable for Signature Urutan Malaysia with treatment duration of 90min / 120min only.
4.Please make your reservations at least 2 days in advance to avoid disappointment. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be deemed cancelled.
5.Packages sold are strictly not refundable and no extension.
6.Customer is allowed to book a specific therapist if the treatment is 90 minutes and above.
7.Children under the age of 12 are only permitted in the lounge area. For safety reasons, no child under age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service as we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment without compromising the relaxation of our customers.
8.Customers are not allowed to bring their own massage oil and balm.
9.Customer who is undergoing pregnancy is not allowed for any treatment.
10.Teenagers between the age of 12 – 16 years old are allowed to do Foot Massage only.
11.For customers who has skin allergies, kindly consult our front desk before proceeding with your treatment.
12.Please take care of your personal belongings at all times. The management will not be responsible for any lost or missing valuables.
13.Please be respectful to our therapist by not asking any unusual request. Under no circumstance will Ayu Borneo Wellness Center accept inappropriate conduct during your massage session. If the therapist finds that you are in violation, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your remaining time of your treatment. You will still be charged the full price.
14.Customers who consume alcohol are not allowed for any treatment.
15.For female customers who do body massage are NOT allowed to request male masseur.
16.Please provide us with details if you have any medical condition that our therapists should be aware of (e.g. skin allergies, scoliosis, sinus).
17.Ayu Borneo Wellness Center reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
18.Ayu Borneo Wellness Center may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion update these Terms and Conditions of use at any time to better serve you.

Online Booking Refund Policy
1) Payment via Package credit (Hours) will be refunded back to My Credit > Package
2) Payment via Payment Gateway, refund will made in My Credit > Deposit
3) No Cash Refund

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and its regulations, this notice is issued to all our valued customers and/ or prospective customers. We may amend this Notice from time to time without further notice to you. (Company No. 1287603-U) , its subsidiary(ies), its associated company(ies), its joint venture partners, including of all of its shareholder(s), its director(s), its employee(s), its supplier(s), its contractor(s) and/ or its permitted person(s) (“we”, “our”, “us” or “Company”). Your personal data allow us to achieve the Purpose in clause 3 herein that are in connection with our business.

The personal data that you will provide may include but not limited to your name, age, identity card number or passport number;contact information, including e-mail address, mobile number information of your web browser including your browsing activity on our Website; and any other specific documents required for the Purpose in Clause 3.

Verify your identity and ascertain the accuracy of any information provided by you;
Assessment of your eligibility to participate in our services and products;

Marketing of our products/ services to you whether present or future;
For purposes relating to any of the above, including but not limited to research, benchmarking and statistical analysis; Internal record keeping;

Sources
The sources that we may obtain your personal data includes but not limited to booking forms, registration forms, online forms, agreements you have signed, name cards or any identity materials that you have distributed voluntarily; and business directory(ies) or listing(s) that you have subscribed to share your information, etc.

Class of Third Parties
Generally, your personal data with us will be kept confidential. You hereby consent and authorize us pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 to disclose your personal data to the following categories of third parties for the purpose(s) stated in Paragraph 3 above or as we otherwise deem necessary and appropriate:

Your Obligations
It is obligatory for you to supply your personal data to us in the most accurate manner. Failing which, we are unable to process your personal data on your behalf and for the Purpose stated in clause 3 herein and all relationships created or to be created between us shall then be terminated and ceased to be in effect immediately.

Right to request access to personal data. You are entitled to request access to your personal data that is processed by us with reasonable notice. Right to request correction of personal data. You are entitled to request the correction of your personal data that is held by us with reasonable notice. With respect to this, you may: request correction and/ or update of your personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date; and request retention of your personal data only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the Purpose stated in clause 3 herein. Rights to limit processing of your personal data. You are entitled to limit our processing of your personal data by expressly withdrawing in full, your consent given previously, in each case, including for direct marketing purposes subject to any applicable legal restrictions, contractual conditions and within a reasonable time period.
