1. Refunds for Package Credit Payments
Any approved refund will be credited to your account balance under My Credit > Package, which you may use for subsequent transactions or bookings.
2. Refunds for Payments via Online Payment Gateway
For transactions made through an online payment gateway, any approved refund will be credited to My Credit > Deposit in your account for future use. Alternatively, the refund may be returned via bank transfer, upon the customer’s request. Please note that all refund processes will take up to 14 working days to be completed.

are issued for cancellations or missed appointments.
Arrival
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in
reduced treatment time or cancellation if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Respect
Maintain a tranquil atmosphere by silencing devices and keeping your voice low.
Male Customers
Curtains will be partially opened during treatments.
Male Therapists
Male therapists are not permitted to serve female customers for body
treatments.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES
Medical Conditions
Notify us before your session if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables with

Professional Conduct
Respectful behavior is required. Inappropriate conduct will end the session

Children under 12 are allowed only in the lobby. Treatments for teens 12–16 are

Pregnancy
For safety reasons, we do not provide massage services during pregnancy.
Preferred Therapists
Available to members and walk-ins booking 90-minute treatments or longer.
Consumption of Alcohol
Services are not recommended if you have consumed alcohol.
Outside Products
