Terms and Conditions:

This package can be used on EVERYDAY, including Public Holidays at all Ayu Borneo, Signature Ayu Borneo, Premium Ayu Borneo, Elite Ayu Borneo and Borneo Oasis outlets.

This package is redeemable for Signature Oil, Royal Thai, Deep Tissue Massage or Foot & Shoulder treatments of 60 minutes and above only.

This package is also redeemable for Urutan Malaysia (Malaysia Signature Massage) treatments of 90 minutes and 120 minutes only.

This package does not include aroma oil and balm. Any additional products are required to be paid at the counter.

Customers are entitled to ONE (1) FREE 60-minute (1-hour) Signature Warm Oil with Hot Stone treatment. The complimentary benefit is valid until the package expiry date and must be redeemed within the package validity period.

Maximum purchase is limited to ONE (1) package per pax.

Reselling of this package is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject any redemption resulting from resale.

Package validity is strictly based on the selected package (A or B) from the date of purchase.

Package redemption is limited to FOUR (4) pax per day.

Packages sold are strictly non-refundable and no extension will be allowed.

Customers are allowed to request a specific therapist for treatments of 90 minutes and above only.

Please make your reservations at least 2 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

Customers are not allowed to bring their own massage oil and balm.

Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.

Ayu Borneo Wellness Centre may at any time and at its sole discretion update these Terms and Conditions.

Important Notes:

For customers who have skin allergies, kindly consult our front desk before proceeding with your treatment.

Customers who are pregnant or below the age of 12 are NOT allowed for any treatment.

Please inform us if you have any medical conditions that our therapists should be aware of (e.g. skin allergies, scoliosis, sinus).
